Training for Small Group Leaders via Zoom
The Small Groups Council is hosting TWO important forums via ZOOM this week to equip small groups during this time.
On Wednesday, April 1, from 7:00 to 8:00 pm, Pastor Greg will host a meeting for Ministry Team Leaders specifically. This will be a time for all Ministry Leaders such as elders, deacons, committee chairs, ministry contacts and those coordinating seasonal or ongoing service projects to come together and to hear how different ministries are operating during this COVID-19 crisis.
Ministry Leaders will also learn how to be a shepherd to their ministry teams and volunteers and to stay connected with them during this time. If you haven’t already received an invitation to this ZOOM meeting – contact Pastor Greg Buell at firstname.lastname@example.org
On Thursday, April 2, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 pm, Rich Blue will host a Zoom meeting for all Small Group Leaders. This meeting is designed for leaders of small groups that meet regularly such as prayer teams and Bible study groups, but will be useful for leaders of all kinds of small groups.
The format will be for leaders to check-in with how things are going in your small groups. What is going well, what are some challenges you might be facing and mostly a time to encourage and support one another. If you haven’t yet received an invitation to this meeting and would like to attend, contact Sue Blue at Bluesusan74@gmail.com
