Dick Ryan - Dick Ryan is on the staff of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, an organization that serves 30,000 plus university students and faculty in 600 colleges across the United States. He serves as a missionary to university artists: writers, musicians, painters, architects, dancers and media/film/TV people. The work he does is evangelism and then, after helping students create welcoming communities of artists at their schools, the work becomes mentoring.
His goal is to train future arts leaders - both those who work inside the Church and those who work in the marketplace. He believes that God wants Christians to work as excellent artists at NBC-TV and the Chicago Symphony and Madison Avenue ad agencies, as well as being effective teachers and Church members. Artists, in many ways, lead culture, and his prayer is that InterVarsity's work to train future leaders will help change our culture to reflect what Jesus told us about: "God's Kingdom Come to Earth".

Her ministry goal is for national churches to send their own missionaries, supported and encouraged by their local churches, for ministry among the unreached peoples who don't yet know our Almighty God and King who reigns eternally, and desires a personal relationship with each of us.
