The Goal of the Ministry Team at TVPC is to initiate, develop, and implement a well defined program that will enable all the members of TVPC to discover and specifically identify their own, personal servant profile. This profile will uncover their S.H.A.P.E.: Spiritual Gifts, Heart, Abilities, Personality, and Experiences.
Specifically, the profile will identify the following: each member's special gift, each member's personal style, and each member's passion. Our goal is to have trained teams in place and to launch this program to all members of TVPC. Seminars and training will also be available.
